• 2024 Columbia Summer Enrichment - Preschool
  • The Columbia Summer Enrichment Preschool provides social experiences in a caring, relaxed environment.  Children have opportunities to play cooperatively, enjoy music and stories, and participate in outdoor play.  Summer Preschool enhances the social, emotional, physical, and intellectual development of each child through age-appropriate experiences.  Children are encouraged to wear play clothes and shoes.
     
    Parents return the enrollment form, health summary form, child's up-to-date immunization record and tuition to Enrichment Summer School c/o Nicole Langston, Center for Early Learning North, 2191 Smiley Lane, Columbia, MO 65202.  No child is enrolled without this information. 
     
    Class sizes are limited, so enroll early! 
     

    Students Eligible

    • Children 3 years of age by June 1, 2024
    • 4 year olds
    • 5 year olds who have not attended kindergarten
    • All children must be toilet trained.

    • Thursday, May 30 - Tuesday, June 18, 2024 (No school on June 19th for Juneteenth)
    • 8:30 a.m. - 11:30 a.m.

    • Monday, July 8 - Thursday, July 25, 2024
    • 8:30 a.m. - 11:30 a.m.

  • Enrollment Information

    • Enrollment deadline for the first session is Monday, May 20, 2024.
    • Enrollment deadline for the second session is Friday, June 28, 2024
    • Preschool Tuition:
      • $175.00 per 3 hour/14 day session per student
      • $325.00 per student for both the June and July sessions

    Refunds

    • Students suspended from summer enrichment classes for behavior reasons will not receive refunds.
    • Refund cutoff date: Refunds for students withdrawing from the summer enrichment program will not be made after May 10, 2024, for the 1st session and June 21, 2024, for the 2nd session, due to commitments made to the teaching staff.

  • Additional Information

    • Parents are responsible for transportation.
    • Preschool teachers will meet students at the door.  Doors open at 8:25 a.m. each day.
    • Students must be picked up within 15 minutes of the end of their class.  Students not picked up within the 15-minute time frame are brought to the office and a fee of $1.00 per minute will be charged to parents who pick up students late.  Students are not permitted to enter class the following day until parents have completed this responsibility.
